Dear LeaseWeb customer,
[UPDATE 16:55 CEST] LeaseWeb engineers took additional measures to
stabilize the platform and are continuously monitoring the platform
to ensure its availability. Please be advised to follow the
instructions below in case your virtual machine is still in
read-only state.
We encountered an unexpected issue on our storage platform, resulting
in a performance degradation of your Virtual Server. Our engineers
are investigating the cause of this issue, together with the supplier.
Please be assured that we will do our utmost to keep the impact as
low as possible, but you might experience performance degradation
or your virtual machine might end up in read-only state.
Our engineers are monitoring the platform for read-only virtual
machines and will restore them to normal operations if needed.
You can restore normal operations also by restarting your
virtual machine via the Cloud dashboard in the LeaseWeb
Self Service Center and additionally, perform a file system check
(fsck) if needed.
We will update you again once we have more information.
