been successfully replaced.
The platform has been checked and is performing stable.
[UPDATE 10:40 CEST] After investigation by our engineers, the cause
of this issue was found.
A broken hardware component in the storage platform has been
identified and will be replaced as soon as possible.
In the meantime our engineers thoroughly checked the platform
to ensure stable operations as much as possible.
Also proactive checks on virtual machines in read-only state were
done and virtual machines that where found, are restored to normal
operations.
A new update can be expected when a significant change to the
situation occurs.
We encountered an unexpected event on our storage platform,
resulting in a performance degradation of your Virtual server.
Together with the supplier, our engineers are investigating the
cause of this issue.
Please be assured that we will do our utmost to keep the impact as
low as possible,
but despite our efforts you might experience performance issues,
or your virtual machine might end up in read-only state.
In the case that your virtual machine is in read only state
you can restart your virtual machine and if needed run a fsck on
the file system.
We will update you once we have more information.
